We accept payments made through PayPal.All our payments are secure and protected.

Purchased items usually ship within 1 business day however some items my take up to 3 days to ship.

We offer both standard(regular) and expedited shipping.

For standard shipping we use our national postal carrier Post of Slovenia. Their delivery times vary between 3-7 days for shipments made in the european union and 1-4 weeks for shipments outside the EU. If your item takes longer than this to arrive please contact us and we will help locate your package. When tracking items that were sent with Post of Slovenia it is best to use the Track and Trace website. You can find it here: http://www.track-trace.com

For expedited shipping we will use either DHL Express, DPD or GLS. One of these couriers will deliver your package. We choose the one that is most suited to deliver the package to your country. All are extremely efficiet door to door delivery providers. Please provide your telephone number when ordering expedited shipping.

We offer a no questions asked 14 day return policy. If for some reason you are not happy with your item send it back to us and we will refund you for it.

All items have at least a one year guarantee. This means if your item stops working you can let us know and we will first offer you support and maybe try to fix the issue. If that doesn’t work we will either replace it or offer a refund.
